Latin Body Coordination

Welcome to my very first online technique course

During almost 2 decades of my teaching experience I've learned that natural body movement and coordination is hugely affected by a culture and environment we grew up in. It means that learning the movements that come from origins foreign to our own experience can be naturally challenging. Pretty much like learning a foreign language:)

My strong motivation to keep sharing my social dance passion with anyone, regardless of their origins, talents and limitations, made me find techniques, tips, exercises, drills and all different ways of learning latin dances easy and fun!

It took me 3 years to get my... brain and body to crystalize the content and finally produce it in the form of online course. I hope you find it as much useful as joyful:)
